So sometimes being a primarily 1 income family is rough. It really is. I do make an income from watching children. I adore these kids. They are so fun to be with. I have been the care taker for one boy since he was 12 weeks old and he’s almost the same age as my son who is 18 months old. You get attached to their little faces and their little antics.
However come the end of December, I will stop seeing one particular face and things will be on a hiatus for 3 plus months. This leaves me in a financial pinch, which is why I am desperately trying to get my Etsy Shop up and running to help make up for the difference for at least 3 months until I will either have him back or his newborn sisters. This financial pinch is no ones fault at all. I adore these mothers and look up to them and are so so very thankful for them and the relationship I have made with them and hope to continue since our kids are growing up together.
Not a lot of people can say they are friends with people since they were in diapers and I really truly hope my little J myster can say that with the two little people I watch and have grown attached to.
Sometimes though when you depend on something financially it can leave you making decisions you don’t want to, especially with new found friends. So I am hoping and praying that we will be fine during this hiatus, that I can at least sell 1 cloth diaper per day. To all you other Etsy Shop owners I would greatly appreciate your advice. How do I get my name out there?
