So I was given some Pinch Me Dough and thought this would be a fun review!
Now I often get stressed from time to time with the amount of work that can pile up. From the laundry, to the dishes, to articles I need to write, to football practice and pick ups from school, things just kinda get crazy with me sometimes and I’ve recently found that after a little while of sitting at my computer intensely writing, my wrists can hurt. I do think I’m developing some form of carpel tunnel. I hope not, I hope it’s just overused muscles, but I’ve found that Pinch Me Dough, along with its aroma therapy properties seem to help not only in “destressing”, but also helps my hands to feel a little better.
Last week was a stressful week for me. My husband is suffering with a few health related problems. He’ll survive, but I’m hoping and praying it doesn’t result in surgery, last week I got into a fender bender that was my fault and now we have to use our deductible to get it fixed, and then the other responsibilities of keeping a family running just kinda pile up and before you know it, “stress”. I decided to break away from the work day routine, sit and watch “Utopia”, a new reality show we started watching and pinch away….
Pinch Me Dough Comes in a variety of scents. I chose the “Tropics” scent and I am not disappointed. I can’t really describe the scent except to say it smells refreshing and it isn’t too strong either. I would be interested in trying some of the other scents they have like “Beach” or “Spa”. They even have one for “Men”.
I feel like its kinda like play-doh for adults. I spent some time molding it into different shapes and I used it a couple of times when my wrists were bothering me. I think it’s a great destresser.
When you pull all the dough out of the container, it’s about the size of a baseball. It’s very soft and pliable.
Its something you can play with while watching a favorite TV show or taking a break at the office. I think it’s helped me relax and helped my hands a bit too. This would also be a fun gift to give around the holidays and would make a great unique stocking stuffer for that someone you know that could use some aroma and hand therapy! 🙂
The lovely people at Pinch Me Dough is giving one of my readers their very own dough, scent of your choice!
