Things You Can Do With Frozon Yogurt Cups

If you have children, then you have probably had days when they seem to have nothing to do at home. Whether it’s a rainy day and they can’t play outside or they don’t have any friends who are home to go visit, you can take away the boredom with frozen yogurt paper cups. There are numerous ideas for the cups, some that involve inviting others to the home.

One of the ways to use the cups is to have a party. You can host the party at any time of the year, but summer is best so that everyone can eat outside. Choose a few different flavors of ice cream or froze yogurt, and match the decorations to those flavors. Mint and chocolate are good flavors that will bring out brown and green colors for the party. Set up the cups so that everyone can get what they want. An area for toppings is a good idea as well. This kind of party is ideal for a youth group, end of school party or to celebrate a birthday.

If your children want to make a little extra money for a vacation or a special toy, then consider holding a frozen yogurt sale with the cups. You would need to have a way to keep the yogurt frozen until it’s served, but if you set up in the right area, you can probably make a good bit of money, especially if it’s in the warmer months.

There are also some crafts that you can do with yogurt cups. The cups can be either the paper or plastic ones, but if you use plastic, you might have to cut them at some point to complete the craft. One idea is to make a flower pot. Pack dirt in the bottom of the cup, add seeds, and when the plant starts to grow, transfer it to the ground. Flatten paper cups so that the round bottom is the center of a flower, and the outer edges will be the petals. Your children can paint the flower to give as a gift or to hang on a wall.

You can also make paper lanterns with frozon yogurt cups!

  1. Isn’t it amazing what creative ideas can come from the simplest of things. I love those frozen pops. They would be perfect for summer.
