Its September. When I try to figure out what month on the calendar I like the most…I don’t know. September ranks up pretty high. It starts the “change” in the year. My son is back in school, the air is crisper. Scents of yummy baked goodness seep out the windows of store shops when you walk down the street. Pumpkin spiced lattes…..yes I said it. It’s a bad time of year for those who don’t like pumpkin. But awesome for everyone else!
Knee high boots
Falling autumn leaves
I woke up this morning and my husband had his football TV set up by the side of the big TV so he could watch the red zone channel….and I decided to make biscuits and gravy. Autumn….
While my grass is still green and the leaves are still on the trees and haven’t changed color yet, the air feels cooler. I feel the shift in the coming season and remember Autumn’s past.
