  1. My son starts school in two weeks. Although he generally doesn’t like school, it’s his senior year, and he’s looking forward to it.

  2. my daughter has not started school yet BUT last year she was nervous the first day but totally fine the second and happy to see and spend extra time with friends. I will miss our time together when she goes back 🙂

  3. My kids’ first week of school was awesome for all of us. They had fun having recess and playing with friends. For me…it was a quiet peaceful day of not having to cook all day.

  4. My granddaughter have not started school yet this year. However, she is very excited to be starting the second grade.

  5. My daughter’s have not started school yet this year. but last year they both loved their 6th grade and sophomore years and are super excited to start soon!

  6. I have loved every year of college so far! I can’t wait to get back into school and get one year closer to graduation!

  7. School doesn’t start here until the day after Labor Day,but last year I saw my daughter graduate high school, she went through some rough times so I was so happy that she made it.

  8. The kids were nervous the first day, not even wanting photos taken before the bus came. But more relaxed now and settling in with new teachers.

  9. They have not gone back yet , still have another week but are very excited about going back and seeing old friends.

  10. This was the twins first year in 8th grade and they actually like it so far and they been going for the last 3 weeks. I thought they would say they like gym class the most but they like all their classes so far.

  11. I have 5 that haven’t started until after Labor Day. Last year, 2 of them did not like school but the other 3 really enjoyed it.

  12. We start school next week. Last year my son was a little nervous starting school because it was his first year in middle school.

  13. My kids are grown so none of the back to school headaches anymore. I do love watching the school buses go by every day. It brings back lots of good memories.

  14. My grandkids told me that so far, they like their teachers and their new/same classmates. My one granddaughter’s family is looking for a new house to move into out of her school’s district & she is really sad! I remember your articles about moving. I’m going to use some tips. I don’t like seeing her sad! ?

  15. My nephews and nieces some went back first niece is in high school and oldest boy just hit middle school. Big changes. I really liked 11th grade the best myself.

  16. My daughter is starting her senior year of college tomorrow. She loves it. She commutes but is involved in several clubs so she made a lot of friends and is looking forward to going back.

  17. The best time of year for me as a kid during the school year was a few weeks before Christmas ( Grade school). Suddenly the bullies would stop picking on others, and everyone in the tray line became amazingly polite, no fights on the school bus. These were rare fleeting days I treasured. Thank you, Santa.

  18. not liking to good just yet ,alot changes and new school to adjust to,hoping all will be better 4 them ,once they have more time to get back on schedule and get use to the new routine and school

  19. My granddaughter just went away to college and is going through sorority rush right now, so lots of excitement! Plus she’s only a couple of hours drive away.

Thanks for a chance at the giveaway!

  20. My son that started 4th grade and my daughter that started 9th both loved their 1st day. My daughter that started her 1st college classes didn’t really like it much but she’s coming around now.

  21. I don’t have children. But, hmm… I would have to say my “favorite” year was senior year, as it meant that I would SOON be finished! I hated school with a passion.

  22. This school year is crazy…I have two high schoolers: a senior and now a freshman! I can’t believe how fast the years have gone! And thankfully, they’re both having a great year so far! They love their classes & their teachers, and are keeping their grades up so far!

What do you think?
