The colder months are creeping in and that means it’s time to break out the winter coats, scarves, beanies, and gloves. If you live in a snowy area like I do, the kids will soon be breaking out the snow-suits too! Temperatures this time of year can easily change with how strong the wind is. Windchill is a real factor here, the difference in temperature with windchill can be 20 degrees.
That’s why I’m grateful for clothing like what Refrigiwear makes. My husband, who is picky with his choice of clothing received this Extreme Sweater Jacket in exchange for a review. All opinions are 100% our own. First off Refrigiwear specializes in creating clothing and outerwear for extremely cold conditions in all aspects of work and cold weather play. My husband loves this jacket because it not only is as comfortable as a sweater, it functions more as a jacket, which I guess is why they call it the Extreme Sweater Jacket. He loves the soft microfleece lining and the 3-layer bonded wind-resistant outer shell, not to mention the additional pockets for things like his cell phone, wallet, and keys. What’s great is that the pockets on this jacket are waterproof. So if my husband is getting wet playing in the snow with the kids, he can be sure his phone isn’t going to get wet.
This inner microfleece lining is very soft and keeps you warm, without being too heavy. Featured is also the hidden inside pocket, perfect for a phone or wallet, and the outer breast pocket that can be used for one of the same things.
Combining style with warmth and functionality, the new Extreme Sweater Jacket is perfect for a number of conditions and environments. The 3 layer bonded outer shell is wind-resistant, water-repellent and is paired with a brushed fleece lining for added warmth and comfort. With multiple pockets for function and comfort, including a waterproof chest pocket, the Extreme Sweater Jacket also has a stand-up collar for draft protection and reflective piping for added safety.
