Fast and Easy Perogie Sausage Bake For Busy Week Nights

There are times in the kitchen when I want to take my time and make everything from scratch, but then there are times when the weeks are busy and I don’t want to just throw a pizza in the oven just to have a quick meal. I want to provide my family with more variety. I like to come up with fast and easy solutions to busy week nights. I’m working on a busy weeknight meal solutions menu and this is one of the many recipes that will be added to that series. This sausage, perogies, and harvest vegetable dish can be baked in the oven and requires very little from you outside of turning the oven on and putting all the ingredients in the baking pan. The most you’ll have to do is cut up the sausage.

Only four packaged ingredients make up this lovely baked dish that will feed a family of four when you don’t have much time to cook in the evenings.

  1. This is cool. I’ve always loved eating frozen pierogies but never thought to include them in a recipe. Your dish with meat and vegetables looks fantastic. The flavor combinations are endless!
