Everyone seemed to have a great time.

JJ has been working on all his Lego sets he got for Christmas. I’m very impressed at his ability to follow the directions at the age of five. Daddy has only had to help him with instructions a couple of times on all his projects. Photo Dec 30, 9 21 23 PM

He built “Metal Beard” from The Lego Movie. I’m glad my husband and son have something like this to bond over, because for the longest time I thought it was going to be video games I don’t really approve of. This is ten times better, I even love Legos!

Happy Wordless Wednesday!

  1. What a beautiful family! My son & hubby also bond over Legos… and I’m with ya – I’d much rather have them playing Legos than video games! And,what a little smartie building those all by himself- very cool! Hope you have a great new year.:)

  2. Love the pj’s…so cute. My cousin who is 23, loves Lego as well. He also received Lego from ‘Santa’ and he completed it before the end of the day. He sat by the Christmas Tree and built it. So cute…and funny too. 🙂

    1. Thank you Kelly! I love it when we all get involved in something family oriented. Its usually a movie, but its great when we can get our hands dirty and work on a project together.

  3. I bet the boys loved their new star wars pajamas! Isn’t making cookies so fun? This year I joined in with some friends and their daughters, and we even got the husbands to join in for exactly one cookie- but it was fun!

  4. What an absolutely beautiful family you have, and you can see with all the family pictures of family time and Christmas being the best of times that your family is definitely bonded with love. Thank you so much for sharing, and your boys look to darn cute in their new Star Wars jammies! 😉

  5. Such lovely pictures and Christmas memories for you and your families. Your boys are adorable, they look so happy with their new toys.
