  1. It is honestly scary to me to take medication for anxiety. There are so many side effects, and it worries me what long term effects it may have on the brain. I think natural remedies are a great way to start trying to deal with anxiety. It can be a healthy way to get in touch with feelings and learn to control emotions.

  2. I think being able to know what you need to control your anxiety is super important! It’s such a serious topic that definitely isn’t talked about enough. Great post!

  3. It would be nice to deal with depression and anxiety the natural way. I agree about the drugs being addictive. These are lovely suggestions and people should definitely give them a try.

  4. I have never thought medication was the best answer for everything. Finding ways like you mentioned is what I prefer.

  5. Anixiety and stress are nothing new in life. To get rid of this I won;t recommend pills and drugs, its better to start meditation and natural reliever.

  6. I try to avoid being a pill popper as much as possible. When I have a headache, before I reach for a bottle of pain reliever, I drink a glass of water first. Sometimes it is just an electrolyte imbalance that causes it. For stress and anxiety, I just need to identify the triggers and avoid it as much as possible. It scares me to take medication for those.
