Handbag Differences: What type of handbag suits your plans?

Coming down with Saturday night fever or keeping it easy like Sunday mornings? Whatever your plans, walk in to the weekend in style with our pick of the best bags for any occasion!

Friday Drinks: The Shoulder Bag

Friday calls for something a little fancy! Pair the best of your workday wardrobe with a desk to dance floor shoulder handbag. Busy day in the office? Be bold and bright with a bag big enough to meet all your work needs. All about the practicality? Choose small and stylish so nothing can hold you back on the dance floor. Complete with fave lipstick, perfume, and, if you’re really clever, a portable phone charger, and you’re ready for wherever the night takes you…

Picnic in the Park: The Tote

With enough space to feed the 5000, the tote bag was MADE for al fresco dining! Plus, it will look super cute with the summer shirt and pumps combo you’ll be sporting. Stock up on the essentials and make it an all day affair. Think sandwiches, salad, biscuits, cheese, strawberries, champagne… sorry, what was I talking about? Date Night: The Clutch

Wanna be lookin’ fine fresh and fierce, date night is all about the outfit so keep accessories minimal with a cute clutch. There’s so many available for any kind of outfit, and if your budget’s spent on that outfit to wow your date you don’t need to break it to get something flashy, look at how beautiful replica purses are! Pair that daring dress with something sleek and simple or jazz up your LBD with a bit of sparkle. Phone: check. Keys: check. Lipstick: check. Who knows, maybe this is the start of the new, minimalist you! Probably not.

Weekend Walk: The Backpack

Whoever said fashion > function obviously didn’t realize you could have both! Backpacks are totally on trend so take note. Get practical and fill yours with drinks, snacks and a camera to snap those insane views you stumble upon. Plus, this way you have both hands free for the 10 dogs you’re going to adopt (just providing inspiration).

Family Dinner: Bold Bag

Sunday lunch isn’t known to be a fancy affair but that doesn’t mean you can’t let your style shine. When you’re keeping your outfit casual, be bold with a statement handbag! Take your pick on size and style, as long as when mom’s inevitable “boyfriend” speech arises you’ve got the perfect purse that says “I don’t need no man”.

Break Away: The Weekender

Usual weekend plans just not cutting it? Need to get away? Whether it’s a cozy country cottage or city break chic, make like Mary Poppins with a bag that will carry everything but the kitchen sink. If you’re a packing pro, you might even be able to fit in a second bag to match your jet setting style!

  1. I’m a small shoulder bag kind of gal. I need something that I can throw over my shoulder and forget about it. Nothing heavy or bulky. I leave the majority of my credit cards at home and just carry the essentials – travelling light. 🙂

  2. Those bags are so awesome! Our choice of items or personal stuffs really defines who we are. And so with our plans. There are different types of bags that will fit in.
