Keep Your Kitchen Organized

If there is anything a person who loves creating masterpiece recipes needs in their kitchen, its organization! How can one inspire creativity when its disorganized and you can’t find anything or don’t have the room to work at your lovely kitchen creations? Most modern kitchens have a minimalist style to them. Bare counters with a fruit bowl or a pretty flower decoration on one side is what people love and is what modern kitchens is all about. But what about the organizational aspect of keeping your kitchen running smoothly?

I am an organization freak. One of the things that sold me on my house was my walk in pantry and my pull out pan cabinet. Who hates getting on the floor to look for pots and pans! I do! But if you don’t have a large pull out cabinet drawer, you can create organization in other ways.

Here are six ideas to help keep your kitchen organized

DecoBros Kitchen Houseware Organizer Pantry Rack

1. The kitchen houseware organizer will help you organize those cookie sheets and muffins trays. I hate trying to find the right size tin or baking pan, then having a whole stack of them fall on me and making a loud ruckus. Having this organizer will help keep them all easily accessible and it looks neat and tidy. This one comes in silver or bronze.

DecoBros Over the Cabinet Door Bag Holder, Silver

2. The DecoBros Over the Cabinet Door bag holder is awesome for keeping those trash bags handy, but out-of-the-way and keeping it behind a cabinet door removes the eyesore.

DecoBros Two Tier Mesh Sliding Cabinet Basket Organizer Drawer, Silver

3. You can keep spices organized, but out-of-the-way with the DecoBros Two Tier Mesh sliding cabinet basket organizer. It’s out of sight, but behind a cabinet so you can access it, and the slide out drawer helps you find what you need!

DecoBros Supreme Stackable Can Rack Organizer, Chrome Finish

4. Now I have this stackable can rack and let me tell you, I love it! I walk into my pantry and my cans are neatly organized right there on the shelf, but vegetable, or broth or sauce per column. I really recommend this one, but make sure you have a deep shelf to set this on. You’ll want to measure your cabinet or pantry’s shelf width to make sure it fits.

Champ Grip – Guaranteed Non Slide Broom and Mop Holder

5. Now I like to keep my mops and brooms out of sight. I have the ability to hide mine on my wall in my pantry with a utility holder like this one. It just mounts to the wall. The Champ Grip Non Slide Broom and Mop Holder is nice because it also has hooks for other things you’d like to hang up and put out-of-the-way.

Grayline 457101, 6 Piece Cabinet organizer Set, White

6. You can start your kitchen organization with an all in one kind of thing. This is a set of six organizers that you can use. This one contains 3 helper shelves, 1 spice rack, 1 wrap rack and 1 sorter. Now white will go in a lot of modern kitchens where we like bright and airy feel. But you can buy this set in a variety of colors and finishes.

  1. We have a utility closet in our kitchen and all our plastic bags end up thrown on the floor in there. I think that Over the Cabinet Door bag holder would make it look A LOT neater in there.

    1. Yeah, I love that thing. Our bags can get out of control too, so much so that I send them right back to the store in those large bins where they take plastic bags back.

  2. I want the stackable can rack!! When we moved to our new home I got super lucky with the cabinets being super spacious and having a built in cabinet that has something like #1 the cookie sheet organizer. We keep cookie sheets, muffin pans, and cutting boards in it. If I didn’t have this special cabinet I would totally get one of those organizers. Great post!

  3. This is being pinned for sure! My kitchen needs an organizational overhaul, and there are some great tips in here. Thanks!

  4. Thank you for this post. I really have hard time keeping my cabinets organized once I get them there. I really like some ot the items here and will look to impliment them into my cabinets.

  5. These are some good ideas. I was just looking around this morning and was thinking how I need to organize and get rid of some things. Having nice storage ideas like this is great incentive! and very inexpensive.

  6. We need all of these items here and more we have so much kitchen stuff we are putting things in other cabinet’s around the house, and it’s not like we don’t have enough room in our kitchen!!!! Help!!!

    1. Ha ha! I think decluttering is in store. Sometimes you gotta ask, do you really use it? If you don’t well I guess you don’t need it as much as you thought you did. They say if you haven’t used it in six months…it can go.

  7. I have the stackable can rack & a rack for my pots and pans lids – it is easier to find them that way. Good tips!
