Ever wonder what the happiest mothers out there do for a living? Apparently the happiest jobs for working mothers out there include opportunities for growth, a balanced work and home life, great pay, benefits and career satisfaction. For the most part this is a no brainer! We all want these things to feel satisfied with our career choice, but what careers show to have the happiest mommies out there?
The Top Five Happiest Mommy Careers are working in Pharmaceuticals, Accounting, Information Technologies, Bio Tech and Telecommuting. What’s also interesting is, female Pharmacists and Nurse Practitioner now make up over half of the work force in their fields.
If you are considering a career change but not sure how much time you want to spend getting that degree or if it would be worth it, some of the happiest jobs out there only take a few years of schooling to complete. For example having a job in Network Administration, Paralegal or Health Services could prove to give you the most balance out of work and home life or have the most benefits and many of those career choices take just under 2 and a half years of education to complete.
This may be something you should consider if you are unhappy with your current work life. Check out this nifty infographic that explains it all.
