Hey, ya’ll! You all know I usually drink coffee every day. I’ve been better about my water intake though because I’m walking in the mornings, so sometimes I start off with about 16 oz of water first. But I do love a good brew and one that embodies flavor. When Wandering Bear found out about my love for coffee and that I love my coffee cold, they had to see if I’d love theirs just as much.
Now a few weeks ago, I had to toss the coffee maker that I usually use to brew 12 cups of coffee that I later refrigerate and make up cold the rest of the week. The reason why I had to toss that coffee maker was that there were parts of it I just couldn’t clean thoroughly enough. I tried with pipe cleaners to get down to the grimy slimy part where the water intake is, and I just couldn’t reach it. I even ran 12 cups of vinegar water through the system and it couldn’t get to this part. Prior to that, I had watched a Dr. Oz show about how coffee makers can be more germ-filled than a toilet seat! If that doesn’t make you want to throw your whole system out if you aren’t regularly maintaining it, I don’t know what will.
Anyway, thankfully last summer, I was sent a cold brew system that sits right on my countertop that doesn’t even require electricity. I’ve been using that, but it requires patience. In the meantime, I’ve been enjoying Wandering Bear’s cold brew coffee! They sent me straight up black that I have been using with almond coffee creamer and a brew that has a splash of coconut milk. And because they realized coffee was my life juice, they gave me an IV bag of it! Now all I need to do is just pop open a vein.
JUST KIDDING! Pumping it through your veins takes the fun out of drinking it of course! This bag of cold brew coffee came in that box, which you can keep it in and have cold brew coffee right on tap! Now isn’t that fun!?
I have enjoyed Wondering Bear’s coffee these last few weeks not only for the taste but for the convenience. You can grab one right out of the fridge on busy mornings and be on your way!
I love the taste of Wandering Bear Coffee, and I encourage you to check out their shop online. They are still currently working at getting to your local grocery store. So online might be the best way to go. I also see that they do office delivery! Now, how cool is that? It might be something to ask your employer to look into.
